• Payment information — when you subscribe, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. Sizzle does not store your full card number.
• Conversation content — the questions and messages you exchange with a Synth Human® persona, so the conversation can function and so we can review reported concerns.
• Usage and device information — such as pages visited, minutes used, and general technical information about the browser or device you use.
• Information you submit — such as details you provide through the "Report a Concern" form, including an optional reply email address.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the Service, including running your conversations with Synth Human® personas and tracking your monthly minutes.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To review reported concerns and improve the accuracy and respectfulness of our figures.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, or changes to our policies.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Service Providers

Conversations with Synth Human® personas are processed using third-party AI infrastructure providers in order to generate responses. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The Service may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and conversation information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, or as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (such as AI infrastructure and payment processing providers), under obligations to protect it.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sizzle or others.
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or a materially similar one.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
